An opportunity to meet like minded souls for a shared experience of healing and ecstatic rebirth.

Through daily yoga and movement classes, breathwork practices, spiritual exercises and trauma release experiences, this retreat is your opportunity to reset and reinvigorate your holistic self; mind, body and soul.

The intention will be to create a container for you to reflect and begin the shift into a happier and healthier you.
You’ll learn tools and techniques that you can carry forward and implement into your own life, relationships, work and healing journey.

A three night and four day immersion in the beautiful Bukit Peninsula focused on creating the space for reflection, remembrance and rejuvenation.

Sjana Elise

Sjana Elise is an international yoga instructor, wellness influencer, adventure enthusiast, and self-described sunshine-loving, hug-giving Aussie girl. She believes that we all deserve to feel empowered in our own being.
Through her own experience, she has learned that yoga is an invaluable tool for the enrichment of life and is a catalyst for personal transformation and growth. 
After struggling with depression and anxiety in her late teens and understanding the importance of connection, she now aims to generate communal happiness for herself and others. Sjana's teaching style is fun and challenging and invites you to soothe your soul and honor your personal evolution through mindful movement and conscious vinyasa. Each practice is a journey designed to release that which is no longer serving while creating space for expansion. (Classes are suitable for all experience levels).
She is passionate about helping others explore their inner world and strengthen their personal connection to the self and Source - witnessing, recognizing, and harnessing the Divine within.

Sky Bear

Bear was born in Hawaii on the north shore of Kauai. From ages 8 to 18, he spent his life traveling around the world, competing professionally in surfing. At 19, he began to compete in MMA or mixed martial arts, which led time to Ashtanga Yoga and started his lifelong journey as a Yogi. Yoga opened the door for bear to a higher state of conscious living, inspiring him to dive deep into learning about health and wellbeing. After years of study, Bear began his work as a peak performance specialist focusing on bio-hacking, flow states, and performance transformation/optimization. He spent the last four years as a serial entrepreneur running multiple companies, which inspired him to begin to build an international platform to serve children throughout the world. With his passion for people, Bear joins Sjana for the Emerge Retreats to share his knowledge with a community of like-minded people to help inspire and uplift the lives of those he encounters.

FAQ

Which airport do I fly into?

You will fly into Denpasar to the Ngurah Rai International Airport and will be picked up and transported to the retreat villa In Bingin. Airport transportation costs are included in the retreat price.

Are our plane tickets included?

No, you will be responsible for getting to Bali International Airport where we will provide your transportation.

How do I get to the Villa in Bali?

Once you purchase your ticket to Bali, we will book transportation from the airport to the Villa for you.

What if I'm not familiar with yoga?

Yoga sessions cater to all ranges of experiences, so be sure to give it a try! Yoga sessions are held daily, so there will be plenty of time to become familiar with the practices. 

Is the accommodation shared or private?

Rooms at the retreat site will be shared and will be two people per room, and each person will have their own bed.

Are men and women lodging separate?

Yes, we will separate men and women in the lodging arrangements.

What should I bring?

As there will be daily yoga classes, comfortable activewear is a must. Other activities may include adventures, so bring closed-in walking shoes. Make sure to bring swimwear as well!

Will there be downtime?

We will have a relatively packed schedule as we want to give as much as possible throughout the retreat! But everything is optional and there will be periods of down-time to enjoy the retreat space and surrounding beaches!

Can specific dietary requirements be accommodated for?

Yes! All meals will be Plant Based (Vegan) and can be adjusted by the retreat site in accordance with any additional dietary requirements. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances etc.

Do I need a visa?

Yes, getting a visa is easy and you can purchase a VOA (Visa On Arrival) after you land in Bali and make your way through the Airport Process.

Do I need to be vaccinated for covid to enter Bali?

Yes, as of now you will need to be double vaccinated and may or may not need a test if do not have your booster shot. Things are always changing and we will be 100% there to support you through the process once your deposit is made.

Do you need to provide a negative COVID test to enter Bali?

Depending on your vacination status, but you still need to complete a declaration of health, which asks general questions about your health and recent potential exposures to COVID. 

Is there internet/WiFi?

Free WiFi is provided. However, due to our remote location, the signal can be temperamental in a developing country.
